People may often tell you there is an abundance of resources available online. Every subject covered, every question answered. Information is apparently at your fingertips and sources are growing daily.

The trouble is, the Internet is a collaborative effort and as such the sum of all online knowledge, great and small. Not all information is reliable and it can be difficult to divide the wheat from the chaff.

Data retention defines the policies of persistent data and records management for meeting legal and business data archival requirements. A data retention policy weighs legal and privacy concerns against economics and need to know concerns to determine both the retention time, archival rules, data formats, and the permissible means of storage, access, and encryption.


E-Commerce Act

Electronic commerce, consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. It is more than just buying and selling products online. It also includes the entire online process of developing, marketing, selling, delivering, servicing and paying for products and services.
